Volunteers needed for Kihei School Furlough Friday Nov 20! To volunteer, download the volunteer registration forms and fax the completed and signed forms to Kihei School PTA President Bridget Bunting at (toll free) (888) 761-9413. Also, follow up with an email to Bridget at kiheipta@aol.com to confirm your attendance. If you absolutely cannot fax the forms to Bridget, you can fill out the forms on the volunteer day at the school, but please email Bridget right away at kiheipta@aol.com to let her know that you will be there.
WHEN: Volunteers: 7:45 AM to 2:30 PM. (Student hours are 8:05 Am to 2:00 PM).
WHERE: Kihei Elementary School
WHAT TO BRING: lunch and a smile (and your completed registration forms). We’re going to have fun!
NOTE: Persons who occur on the State of Hawaii’s publicly-available sex offender database and/or the State of Hawaii’s e-crim database will not be utilized for the program. Volunteer registration forms will be checked against these databases. By completing and submitting the registration form, you agree to allow Kihei School PTA to make such database checks and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kihei School PTA and its agents, officers, employees and assigns from any and all claims that may result from such checks.
